Employees are eligible for vacation time after they have completed one full consecutive year of service. After one year of continuous service, you receive five days of vacation time. After three years of continuous service, you receive ten days.

 

 

Use of sick leave is limited to the employee's personal illness or injury that disables him/her from work. The employee earns 3 sick days per year.
